Make a Dedication

leave your mark with a DEDICATion plaque

You can support public access on the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve by dedicating a plaque on the linking boardwalk (between the Bluff and Marine Terrace Trails) in memory of or to honor someone – a favorite relative, beloved friend, or valued neighbor.

For a $500 donation, we will install a 3"x7" bronze plaque with up to three lines of dedication and maintain it for 20 years.

  1. First Line: maximum of 23 characters, including spaces;
  2. Second Line: maximum of 17 characters, including spaces; and 
  3. Third Line: maximum of 23 characters, including spaces.

To make your dedication online:

  1. Click on the DONATE button on the upper right of this page or on the DEDICATE A PLAQUE ON THE LINKING BOARDWALK button below. Check $500 and the box for "Boardwalk Plaque Dedication". Complete your donation.
  2. Once your donation is complete, you will receive an email with a link to the dedication form. This is a Google form, but you do not need a Google account to fill it out. Submit your dedication.
  3. Once we have a group of 30-50 dedications, we will send in an order to the forge. It can take several months before we have enough dedications to send in an order. The forge will create a proof that we will send you for your review. You will have three days to review the proof. Once all the proofs from each group have been approved, the order will go to fabrication. It takes three to four months to make the plaques.
  4. We will let you know once your plaque has been installed. Plaques are installed in the order that the dedications are received so we cannot provide you with an exact location.

You can support restoration of the Monterey pine forest on the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve by dedicating a pair of seedlings in memory of or to honor someone — a favorite relative, beloved friend, or valued neighbor. For a $50 donation, we will publish the names of those so honoroed and send a notice of dedication as directed by you. Check Tree Dedication on the donation form and be sure to let us know where to send dedication card.
