Are there slow 'discussions' between sun drenched flora and life always in darkness?  Is there intelligence at work below us as we walk the twisting paths in our always changing forest? Discover the answer to this question and more as each trail turn puts us in a different forest 'room' - each with it's own magic. And all we have to do is to watch, wait, listen, touch, and be curious.  Easy!  

This approximately two-mile walk, 2 1/2 hour docent led stroll gives us the opportunity to think about how “Mother Nature” provides for a diverse range of life on the Fiscalini Preserve. There is little elevation change on this walk. No dogs, rain cancels. Children are welcome with adult supervision. Remember there are no restroom facilities on the Ranch, so plan accordingly!
